 Kathmandu Metropolitan City seeks scientific and technological solutions for managing biodegradable waste Kathmandu Metropolitan City has sought suggestions from concerned individuals, organizations and companies to recommend appropriate methods for the scientific and technological management of biodegradable waste generated within its area. The Metropolitan City's Department of Environmental Management issued a notice on Sunday, calling for submission of such suggestions within 15 days.
