Why is flesh-eating bacteria spreading in Japan?

Why is flesh-eating bacteria spreading in Japan?

As socializing in Japan returns to normal after the coronavirus pandemic is under control, the Japanese are now battling a rare disease. There is an increasing outbreak of bacteria that attacks human body tissues. This bacteria is mostly affecting children under the age of 15.

This bacteria has been named flesh-eating bacteria. This disease caused by Helicobacter pylori is called Streptococcal Toxic Shock Syndrome (STSS). This bacteria is so dangerous that it can kill people within 48 hours.

According to Japan's National Institute of Infectious Diseases, this rare disease has been seen in about 1,000 people in Japan so far. Not only in Japan, but also in many other countries. Including European countries.

Although called flesh-eating bacteria, it does not directly eat human flesh, but rather kills the tissues inside the body.

This disease is caused by Group A Streptococcus bacteria. It causes more harm to children and the elderly than adults. People infected with it initially experience swelling and a sore throat. When Group A Streptococcus begins to kill tissue, the condition is called necrotizing fasciitis. In addition, problems such as body aches, fever, low blood pressure, necrosis (death of body tissue), difficulty breathing, and failure of various organs of the body also occur. The infected person dies within a few hours.

This bacteria produces toxins in the body, which cause inflammation. It then damages the body's tissues, causing the body to swell and then the tissues to die, causing severe pain.

Health authorities in Japan are continuously studying its condition to combat this disease. Similarly, all hospitals in Japan have been put on alert. Keeping in mind the seriousness and danger of this disease, campaigns have now been launched to make Japanese citizens aware.

Doctors have estimated that the mortality rate of people who die from this disease could reach 30 percent by the end of this year. Due to this deadly disease, people in Japan have started wearing masks again and taking precautions.

Prevention

The scary thing is that this disease, like Corona, is also transmitted from one person to another. Therefore, doctors recommend frequent hand washing and immediate treatment if there is a wound to avoid it.

In which countries has it spread?

According to media reports, streptococcus disease has now spread to five European countries. These include Britain, France, Ireland, the Netherlands and Sweden. This bacteria has attacked children the most. Considering the rate at which the disease is increasing day by day, 2500 people in Japan may be infected with this disease every year.

I would like to make a proposal regarding the hiring of this type of food inspector contract.
