Causes of skin wrinkles and how to prevent them

Causes of skin wrinkles and how to prevent them

According to the nature of the skin, it is divided into four types. Dry, oily (oily), combination (combination of dry and oily) and sensitive. Among these, the most common problem is dry and sensitive skin.

Dry skin causes itching, allergies and other problems. Sensitive skin is more prone to acne breakouts. Oily or oily skin is not without problems. This kind of skin is more likely to get dandruff. However, since it has more glands that secrete sebum, the skin also looks soft.

Also, weather and environment also play a role in the nature of the skin being different. The skin is usually smooth or oily in summer and dry in winter.

What kind of cream to use?

Sun protection cream is usually applied to dry skin. For oily skin, you can choose a gel or a quick-drying moisturizer that is less oily. You don't need to use a lot of moisturizer. Similarly, moisturizer can be used on both dry and oily (combination) skin according to its needs. However, not everyone has the same skin type. It is best to use a cream or moisturizer after consulting a dermatologist. Because the cream that is suitable for one person may not be suitable for another person.

Therefore, by using random creams, the real appearance of the skin is changed and the skin becomes thinner and wrinkles appear. Therefore, before using the cream, we should choose the one that suits our skin and needs.

Use of soap on the skin

Generally, soap can be used according to the nature of the skin, but it is not appropriate to use soap on haphazard skin. Because it can cause skin problems. Therefore, it is advisable to use soap only after getting it checked by a dermatologist as much as possible. For example, if you have dry skin, if you use random soap on it, the skin may become dry. It also causes the skin to wrinkle quickly.

Using random soap on sensitive skin is likely to cause various skin problems. Therefore, to avoid this, you should know the nature of your skin and choose the right soap accordingly.

If possible, it is better not to use soap on the face. Too many chemical soaps can have a bad effect.

Skin wrinkles

Wrinkles occur on the skin for two reasons, chronological and photo aging. As we age, the tissue that stretches the skin in the body weakens, which is called chronological aging. People who walk a lot in the sun or work a lot outside in the sun also tend to get wrinkles quickly, which is called photo aging. This is a problem seen in young people. It happens to people who work a lot in the sun due to mental stress.

Apart from this, it can also be due to lack of water in the body, lack of nutrients (vitamin A, C protein), excessive smoking and alcohol consumption, fluctuations in thyroid hormones, etc.
