1. turmeric water

To get relief from this, you should mix a spoonful of turmeric in a glass of warm milk or warm water and leave it for a while. Then drink it like tea. It should be consumed twice in the morning and evening.


2. Ginger and honey


Ginger juice and honey mixed with hot water or milk can also cure colds. The use of ginger has helped to reduce the level of cholesterol and keep it stable. It can be drunk three times a day in the morning, afternoon and evening. If you are suffering from a cold, drinking milk or hot water mixed with ginger and honey before going to bed will help you feel better.

3. Tulsi leaves


You can get rid of cough if you put five basil leaves in milk tea or hot water and heat it for two minutes and drink it two to three times a day. 4. Cloves, pepper and honey

5. Honey and hot water

6. Zwano

7. Nutmeg


Using nutmeg brings warmth and fulfillment to the body. It works to strengthen the digestive process. This increases energy in the body. It can be mixed with hot water to drink or mixed with oil and used as a massage. It reduces cough and leads to pleasant sleep.
