1. turmeric water

To get relief from this, you should mix a spoonful of turmeric in a glass of warm milk or warm water and leave it for a while. Then drink it like tea. Ginger juice and honey mixed with hot water or milk can also cure colds. The use of ginger has helped to reduce the level of cholesterol and keep it stable. It can be drunk three times a day in the morning, afternoon and evening. If you are suffering from a cold, drinking milk or hot water mixed with ginger and honey before going to bed will help you feel better.

3. Tulsi leaves

You can get rid of cough if you put five basil leaves in milk tea or hot water and heat it for two minutes and drink it two to three times a day. 5. Honey and hot water

Consumption of honey can be a perfect medicine when you are suffering from the problem of cold. Honey has anti-inflammatory properties. Cold is cured by consuming honey mixed with hot water. Honey is used in most of the cold poultices.

6. Zwano

Due to the fact that you have to drink a lot of decoction for a cold, the decoction of Zwano works to keep the body warm when you have a cold. This prevents the body from getting cold. It can also be used as a vegetable.

7. Nutmeg

Using nutmeg brings warmth and fulfillment to the body. It works to strengthen the digestive process. This increases energy in the body. It can be mixed with hot water to drink or mixed with oil and used as a massage. It reduces cough and leads to pleasant sleep.

If you have a cold, you should take steam of hot water, drink hot water, eat hot food with juice. When you have a cold, consuming a large amount of jhol material is more likely to cure it quickly.
