Four to five spoons of carrot juice, two spoons of gram flour, a pinch of turmeric, you can also mix yogurt if you want. Use it two to three times a week.

Half an hour before meals, eating a carrot in any form, such as in a salad, has been proven to be beneficial for many diseases.

As you can see, there are many other ways to use carrots, but you can consume them in a limited amount and only on the advice of your doctor. Carrots should be consumed in any form of juice, salad, cake, halwa or any other dish.
