Sugar level can be reduced in 15 days, an expert said 4 steps

Blood Sugar Level: The number of diabetes patients in India is increasing day by day. Apart from adults, children are also affected by this disease.

Due to the irregular lifestyle of these days, many people are suffering from incurable diseases like diabetes. Diabetes is a disease that gradually affects the whole body. This is the reason why it is also called the silent killer of diabetes. Diabetes can cause kidney, liver, heart, foot and eye problems. According to a survey, until 2010, diseases like diabetes were seen after the age of more than 40 years, but now children of 2 to 3 years are also suffering from this disease (Diabetes in Kids).

It is said to control the sugar level of diabetic patients. Some people ask how blood sugar levels can be controlled in 15 days. Ayurvedic expert Dr. Diksha Bhavsar has shared some special tips while answering this question. Doctor Diksha says that blood sugar can be controlled in just 15 days by following these 5 things.

1. Active Lifestyle

According to Dr. Diksha, a diabetic patient should do 40 minutes of exercise (walking/cycling/cardio/yoga) regularly. Exercising daily provides enough oxygen to the cells of the body, which detoxifies the liver quickly. This can control the blood sugar level.

2. Stay away from sugar, maida (processed food), curd and gluten

The doctor says that diabetic patients should consume only natural sugar. People who want to reduce blood sugar should stay away from things like sugar, flour (processed food), curd and gluten. If you use milk and ghee in your food, talk to your doctor first. He said that diabetic patients should include grains like jowar, ragi and millet in their diet instead of wheat.

3. Eating late at night

The doctor says that in Ayurveda, dinner is considered to be a few hours after sunset. The same rule of Ayurveda applies to diabetic patients. Such people should eat at night from 7 to 8 pm. Eating food early helps control blood sugar levels. Doctor Diksha says that one should sleep only 3 to 4 hours after dinner. If you go to sleep immediately after eating, it can increase the blood sugar level.

4. Dependence on drugs

Some people think that there is no need to do any kind of physical activity to control diabetes, you just have to take the medicines recommended by the doctor. Dr. Diksha says that depending on diabetes control drugs can damage your liver and kidneys at a young age. Taking these medicines can also cause cardiovascular diseases, so don't depend only on medicines.

If you are a diabetic patient, consult a doctor or expert to change your diet and lifestyle.
