Finally, Twitter has a feature that allows you to edit tweets

Finally, Twitter has released the edit button. Along with this, tweets that have been posted on Twitter can also be edited. However, the company has limited this feature. Currently, this feature can only be used by users in Australia, Canada and New Zealand. After this, it is said that it will be available in America soon. Users from other countries will have to wait some more time for this feature.

Also, this feature can only be used by users with verified accounts. A new pencil-shaped button has been added to tweets. You can edit the tweet by clicking on that button. Users can edit a tweet up to five times within 30 minutes of posting it.

Other users can also find edited tweets. Edited tweets will be written as 'Last Edited'. You can find out what has been edited by clicking on the stamp. By making this feature available only to verified users, it is assumed that the company has attracted its users to verify their accounts.

Elon Musk, who decided to buy Twitter, withdrew from his decision citing the fact that there are many fake users on the platform. The company launched the edit button when the controversy about this topic was going on. You have to pay a fee of $5 per month to verify your account on Twitter.
